Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

Unless otherwise specified all items are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks to ship. Once packed you will receive an email with tracking information. When the item is shipped you should receive your package within 1-3 buisness days. We ship using USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping lengths do not include order processing time.

Shipping International

We use USPS Priority International Shipping and will ship all over the world. once the item is packed you will receive an email with tracking information. shipping length do not include order processing time and any time an itme might be placed in hold at customs.

Returns

All items are handmade and because of this we do not offer returns except in the unlikely event of damaged items. If you receive an item damaged in shipping we will gladly offer a refund or an exchange for the same item. If for some reason you are not happy with your item we can exchange for another item of same value. We will only accept unused items. You will be responsible for the product to be returned undamaged in its original packaging and you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please email me within 7 days and I will do whatever possible to make things better. Please know that I am not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen item and cannot offer refunds due to any of these reasons. Because all items are handmade there will be slight variations in size and color. Please read descriptions carefully before ordering.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit I will do everything possible in helping you to find it. However I cannot do anything once proof or delivery is generated. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
